Most of the Single Zero games in Vegas are higher limit games. In some area's, you can find Double Zero wheels that surrender even money bets (Black/Red, Even/Odd, 1-18/19-36). From a practical point of view, many wheels and many dealers can be somewhat predictable. Some dealers like to keep the wheel moving at about the same speed and by the shear repetition of the action, they tend to spin the ball about the same way.
